A Brief History of Olivan
It all began in 2003, when we were print distributors in Toronto, Ontario. At the request of some clients, we started managing their warehousing, kitting and fulfillment services by partnering with a local third-party logistics firm. In order to better control the accuracy and efficiency of these services, we decided to lease some warehouse space and bring the work in-house. And as the warehousing and fulfillment operation grew, we decided to add other marketing services. In August of that year, we incorporated as Olivan Marketing Ltd.
By 2004 we had added promotional products and apparel, as well as a creative services team to the mix. We had then become a true integrated marketing services provider.
The rest, as they say, is history, and we continue to grow and evolve right along with our clients.
Meet the President
Our President and founder, Warren Richmond, has been called “the go to man”. He leads a team that clients say, “always come through in a crunch”.
Before establishing Olivan, Warren did a stint in the Air Force, after which, in 1992, he graduated from Wilfrid Laurier. Following his graduation, Warren joined the business forms industry. Then, due to changes in the marketplace, he moved into print distribution before starting Olivan in 2003.
The name “Olivan” comes from the combined names of Warren’s children: Olivia and Evan.

Where is Olivan Located?
We’re located in Oakville, Ontario, where we have our warehouse and main distribution centre. We also partner with The Service Center in Houston, Texas, to effectively service all of North America.
